Calcium Bentonite
Bentonite clay comes from volcanic ash that has hardened into rock. It is rich in minerals and highly absorbent, so it's great at soaking up toxins that may negatively affect your skin.
Bentonite deposits are found worldwide, but we chose a specific source based on its unique mineralogical composition.
Turmeric
A golden spice with high concentrations of curcumin, which is widely known for its anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties.
An unceasing imperative to get the most out of turmeric led us to piperine, an alkaloid found in black pepper, which has been shown to significantly boost the absorption of curcumin.
Guggul
The Commiphora Mukul tree’s resin has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries. The resin's biologically active component, guggul, has been studied for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.
Thanks to recent advances in nanovesicle technology, we have been able to improve guggul's water solubility and absorption.
Triphala
A revered polyherbal Ayurvedic medicine made from the dried fruits of three plants: Emblica officinalis, Terminalia bellerica, and Terminalia chebula – all of which contain high levels of vitamin C, antioxidants, and powerful minerals.
Pilonite was formulated with special attention to maximizing Triphala extraction via high-temperature methods.

I was hesitant to spend a bit more money on a product at first but I’m glad I did. While I’m not completely back to 100%, I don’t want to cry when I do yoga or light exercise at home. The weird coloring had me tipping my head though. I looked it up and it’s normal for that kind of color because of the natural ingredients it uses.

Yes, while we want to open up the conversation around pilonidal cysts, we also understand that this can be an embarrassing affliction. Our packaging promises to keep your booty your business and no one else’s.
Rub it on problem areas 1 – 2 times per day, or as needed, and cover with a bandage. You may also consider leaving it on overnight and washing it off in the morning.
We will gladly refund your payment if your order arrived damaged, but unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds if you don’t see the results you hoped for. We really wish that we could (and we definitely plan to when the time is right), but such are the limitations of a small company.
We try to get your items out as fast as humanly possible (usually 1 – 2 days). But as we all know by this point, everything from ordering ingredients to shipping products can be unpredictable due to COVID and what’s happening overseas.
We get it – when the packing looks different from the site, it can be alarming. But you also know companies are always revamping their logos, style, packaging, colors, and everything else. While we are working on which design really embodies our brand (and our own personal style) we promise that’s all we are changing. What’s in the packaging – what’s important – hasn’t been touched!
We are cruelty-free and we don’t test Pilonite on animals…unless you count Mark.
